10 Prescribed offences
For the purposes of section 72 of the Act –
(a) an offence specified in column 1 of the table in Schedule 2 is a prescribed offence; and
(b) a penalty specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 2 is the penalty prescribed as applicable for the offence to which it relates.
