#### 13 Mining rehabilitation activity The expression mining rehabilitation activity means the rehabilitation of a place affected by a mining operation referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of that expression in subsection 11(1) if the rehabilitation is carried out by: (a) the person who carried on the mining operation; or (b) a person contracted by that person to carry out the rehabilitation.
