4 Tasmanian participation rules
(1) For the purposes of section 23 of the Act, the participation rules determined under that section, for the purposes of the Act, are the rules set out in the model participation rules.
(2) The participation rules determined under subrule (1) take effect 20 business days after the participation rules are published by the Registrar on a public website maintained by, or on behalf of, the Department.
