Tasmania regulation
These rules adopt ARNECC’s model participation rules as Tasmania’s official participation rules for electronic conveyancing under the Act, and make them effective 20 business days after the Registrar publishes them on a Department public website. They also automatically adopt later substitutions of the model rules and state that consultation or exposure drafts are not treated as publication. Anyone transacting under the Act must follow the published model rules once posted.
