#### 24 Application for review 24 Application for review > An application by a person for a review under this Division of a decision of the Secretary must— > > > (a) be in writing, and > > > (b) be served on the Secretary, in the manner and form specified in the Scheme Rules, no later than— > > > > > (i) in the case of a decision not to act on a suspension—56 days after the suspension takes effect, or > > > > > (ii) in any other case—28 days after the person receives written notice of the decision, and > > > (c) state the reasons why the applicant considers that the decision should be reviewed.
