[Section 49I Inserted by No. 5 of 2013, s. 20, Applied:01 Jun 2013] An instrument, declaration, determination, approval, notice or report made under this Part or under regulations made for the purposes of this Part, other than an order by the Minister, is not a statutory rule for the purposes of the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
