sec.6A Application of National Energy Retail Law amendments
The amendments made to the National Electricity Law by the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law) Act 2011 (SA) start to apply in Queensland when the National Energy Retail Law , part 2 commences. In this section— National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 . s 6A ins 2014 No. 49 s 34 (sec.6A-ssec.1) The amendments made to the National Electricity Law by the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law) Act 2011 (SA) start to apply in Queensland when the National Energy Retail Law , part 2 commences. (sec.6A-ssec.2) In this section— National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 .
