sec.6 Application in Queensland of National Electricity Law
The National Electricity Law set out in the schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 , as in force for the time being— applies as a law of Queensland, with the modification stated in section 6A ; and as so applying, may be referred to as the National Electricity (Queensland) Law . See, however, the Energy (Infrastructure Facilitation) Act 2024 for the application of particular provisions of the National Electricity (Queensland) Law in particular circumstances. s 6 amd 2014 No. 49 s 33 ; 2024 No. 15 s 186 ; 2025 No. 30 s 73 sch 1
- (a) applies as a law of Queensland, with the modification stated in section 6A ; and
- (b) as so applying, may be referred to as the National Electricity (Queensland) Law .
