40 Regulator to review determinations
(1) The regulator is, in accordance with the regulations, to remake a determination under section 38—
(a) once every 5 years, and
(b) at any time the consumer trustee directs.
(2) The regulator may review and remake a determination at any time, subject to the regulations.
(3) Section 38(6) does not apply in relation to the review or remaking of the determination.
