30A Definitions

In this part—

authorised REZ network infrastructure project means a REZ network infrastructure project the consumer trustee has authorised under section 30AA(1)(a).

carry out an infrastructure project includes carrying out one or more of the following activities or organising, arranging for or causing the activity to be carried out—

(a) the planning, design, financing, commissioning, development or construction of the project and other preparatory activities in connection with the infrastructure project,

(b) an activity in connection with the ownership or control of infrastructure under the infrastructure project,

(c) the operation or maintenance of infrastructure under the infrastructure project,

(d) other activities in connection with the infrastructure project as prescribed by the regulations.

infrastructure investment objectives report means a report about the infrastructure investment objectives prepared and published by the consumer trustee under section 45.

infrastructure project means—

(a) a REZ network infrastructure project, or

(b) a priority network infrastructure project.

maximum capital costs amount, for an authorised REZ network infrastructure project, means the maximum capital costs amount for the project set by the consumer trustee under section 31(1) and as amended from time to time under section 31(2).
