92 Remedial order (1) An electricity entity may seek an order from a Court under this section if a person erects a building or structure in proximity to a powerline in contravention of section 91. (2) The order may be obtained: (a) on application to a Court that finds the person guilty of an offence against section 91(4); or (b) by action in a Court of competent jurisdiction. (3) The Court may make one or more of the following orders: (a) an order requiring the person to take specified action to remove or modify the building or structure within a specified period; (b) an order for compensation from the person for loss or damage caused by the contravention; (c) an order for costs reasonably incurred by the electricity entity in relocating the powerline or carrying out other work to rectify the contravention.
