87 Unauthorised increase in capacity of connections (1) A person must not increase the capacity of an existing connection to a distribution entity's distribution system unless authorised to do so by the distribution entity. (a) the person intentionally increases the capacity of a connection between an electrical installation and a distribution entity's distribution system; and (b) the person did not have authority from the distribution entity to make the increase. (3) Strict liability applies to subsection (2)(b).
