75 Falsely marking consumer electrical equipment (1) A person must not mark consumer electrical equipment to indicate that is marked for use in the Territory but does not comply with the standard for which it is marked. (a) the person marks consumer electrical equipment; and (b) the mark indicates that the consumer electrical equipment complies with a standard relevant to electrical safety; and (c) the consumer electrical equipment does not comply with that standard.
