72 Marked consumer electrical equipment Consumer electrical equipment is taken to be marked for use in the Territory if it is marked to show the equipment complies with a standard relevant to electrical safety in accordance with a law that: (a) is enacted in a State, another Territory or New Zealand; and (b) provides for the safety of consumer electrical equipment; and
