70Approved consumer electrical equipment

70 Approved consumer electrical equipment (1) Consumer electrical equipment is approved for use in the Territory if it is approved, certified or registered under a law that: (a) is enacted in a State, another Territory or New Zealand; and (b) provides for the safety of consumer electrical equipment; and (c) is prescribed by regulation. The Territory will not be directly approving consumer electrical equipment.
