53 Register of engaged workers (1) The holder of an electrical contractor licence or in-house electrical licence must keep a register of any worker engaged by the holder to perform or supervise electrical work. (2) The register must include the prescribed information for each person engaged to perform or supervise electrical work. (3) The prescribed information for each person must be kept until at least 5 years after the day the person ceased being engaged. (4) The register may be kept in electronic form. (5) The register must be available for immediate inspection by an inspector on request.
