33 Safety duty of worker (1) While at work, a worker must take: (a) reasonable care for the worker's own electrical safety; and (b) reasonable care that the worker's conduct does not create an electrical risk to other individuals or to property. (2) The worker must comply, as far as reasonably practicable, with any reasonable instruction given for the purpose of compliance with this Act by: (a) the person conducting the business or undertaking; and (b) a person in control of electrical equipment located at the worker's workplace. (3) The worker must cooperate with any reasonable policy or procedure, of which the worker has notice, relating to electrical safety at the workplace that is made by the person conducting the business or undertaking.
