261 Authorised officers (1) A person holding office as an authorised officer assigned by the Minister to assist the electrical safety regulator under the Electricity Reform Act 2000, immediately before the commencement, is taken to be an inspector appointed under this Act in accordance with the terms and conditions of their appointment. (2) An identity card issued to an inspector under the Electricity Reform Act 2000 and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be an identity card issued under this Act.
