248 Application for review of inspector's decision (1) A person affected by a decision of an inspector may apply to the Electrical Safety Regulator for review of the decision. (2) The application for review must be lodged with the Electrical Safety Regulator: (a) within 20 business days after the decision notice (or other written notice of the decision) is given to the person; or (b) any later date allowed by the Electrical Safety Regulator. (3) The application must: (b) state the grounds for the review and the facts relied on to establish the grounds. (4) Subject to section 249(2), an application for review does not stay the operation of the inspector's decision.
