243 Disciplinary action and offences The taking of disciplinary action against the holder of a licence does not prevent: (a) prosecuting the holder of the licence for an offence arising from the facts or circumstances on which the disciplinary action is based; or (b) a Court imposing a penalty for an offence referred to in paragraph (a) after taking the disciplinary action into account.
