24 Safety duty of electricity entity (1) An electricity entity must ensure that its works: (a) are safe from electrical risk; and (b) are operated and maintained in a manner that is safe from electrical risk. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the duty includes ensuring that electricity entity's works are inspected, tested and maintained.
