238 Offence to fail to comply with order (a) the person is subject to an order under this Division; and (b) the person contravenes the order. (3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection(1) if the defendant did all that was reasonably practicable to prevent the commission of the offence. (4) The defendant has a legal burden of proof in relation to the defence under subsection (3).
