233 Orders on conviction or finding of guilt (1) A Court may make one or more of the following orders if the Court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act: (a) a publicity order under section 234; (b) a remediation order under section 235; (c) an electrical safety project order under section 236; (d) a training order under section 237. (2) The orders may be made in addition to any penalty that may be imposed or any other action that may be taken in relation to the offence.
