230 Certificate evidence (1) A certificate purporting to be signed by the Electrical Safety Regulator specifying a matter referred to in section 229 is evidence of the matter specified in the certificate. (2) In any proceeding in a Court in respect of an offence against this Act, a certificate that purports to be signed by an analyst and states the result of an analysis of substance received from an inspector is evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
