213 Costs of remedial or other action (1) The Electrical Safety Regulator may recover the reasonable costs of any remedial action taken under section 212 from: (a) the person to whom the electrical safety direction under section 198 is issued; or (b) any person to whom the electrical safety direction under section 198 could have been issued. (2) The reasonable costs may be recovered as a debt due to the Electrical Safety Regulator.
