206 Other content of direction, notice or order (1) A direction, notice or order under this Part may: (a) refer to a code of practice or a technical standard; and (b) offer the person to whom it is issued a choice of ways in which to comply with direction, notice or order; and (c) include recommendations for action.
Electrical Safety Act 2022 114 (2) It is not an offence to fail to comply with recommendations in a direction, notice or order.
