202 Interstate recall order (1) If electrical equipment is subject to recall in a State or another Territory, every supplier of the equipment must: (a) cease selling that equipment; and (b) do all that is reasonably practicable to inform purchasers and users of the equipment that the equipment is being recalled; and (b) do all that is reasonably practicable to arrange for the recall of the equipment. (a) is a supplier of electrical equipment subject to recall in a State or another Territory; and (b) fails do all that is reasonably practicable to inform persons who purchased the equipment and users of the equipment that the equipment is being recalled; and (c) fails to arrange for the recall of the equipment.
