201 Compliance with recall order (1) A person subject to a recall order must comply with the order and is liable for any cost incurred to comply with the order, including costs incurred by a supplier giving reasonable assistance under section 203. (a) the person is subject to a recall order; and (c) the conduct results in a failure to comply with the recall order; and (3) Strict liability applies to subsection (2)(a) and (c).
