187 Compliance with improvement notice (1) A person to whom an improvement notice is given must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice. (a) is given an improvement notice; and (b) does not comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice or any extension of time made under section 186. practicable to comply, including engaging a contractor to perform the work.
