170 Return of seized things (1) The Electrical Safety Regulator must, on request, return a seized thing to the owner or person entitled to possess it unless: (a) the Electrical Safety Regulator has reasonable grounds to retain the thing; or (b) the thing is required as evidence; or (c) the thing is forfeited to the Territory. (2) If a seized thing is not returned on request, the Electrical Safety Regulator must give a decision notice to the owner or person entitled to possess the seized thing.
