154 Notice of entry (1) An inspector must, as soon as practicable after entering a place, take reasonable steps to notify the following persons of the entry and the purpose of the entry: (a) the owner or occupier of the place or the person with management or control of the place; (b) any person conducting a business or undertaking at the place; (c) any health and safety representative for workers at the place. (2) An inspector is not required to notify any person if doing so would defeat the purpose for the entry or cause unreasonable delay.
