153 Entry on Aboriginal land The power of an inspector to enter a place may be exercised under this Act, despite: (a) the place being Aboriginal land as defined in section 3 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1978; and (b) the inspector not holding a permit under that Act to enter or remain on Aboriginal land.
