150 Power to enter place (1) Subject to section 151, an inspector may enter any place that is, or that the inspector reasonably suspects is: (a) a place with electrical equipment; or (b) a place under the control of a person with an electrical safety duty; or (c) a place where electrical work is being or was conducted; or (d) a place where a serious electricial event or a dangerous electrical event occurred. (2) An entry may be made under subsection (1) with, or without, the consent of the owner or occupier of the place. (3) An inspector may enter any place if the entry is authorised by a search warrant.
