143 Limits on inspectors' powers (1) An inspector's powers are subject to: (a) any conditions specified in the inspector's appointment; and (b) any direction given by the Electrical Safety Regulator. (2) A direction referred to in subsection (1)(b) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or specified class of matter.
