123 Grounds for discipline – apprentices and trainees Each of the following is a ground for taking disciplinary action against a person who is an apprentice or a trainee: (a) the person gave incorrect or misleading information in an (b) the person is no longer eligible, qualified or competent to be an apprentice or trainee; (c) the person commits an offence against this Act; (d) the person contravenes a condition or restriction on the apprenticeship or training.
