109 Discipline Committee (1) The Discipline Committee of the Board is established as a committee of the Board. (2) The Minister must appoint a legal practitioner who has practised for at least 5 years in the Territory to be the chairperson of the Discipline Committee. (3) The Discipline Committee consists of: (a) the chairperson of the Discipline Committee; and (b) the member of the Board appointed by the Minister to represent employers of electrical workers; and (c) the member of the Board appointed by the Minister to represent electrical workers; and (d) one other member of the Board, selected by the Board from time to time. (4) A quorum of the Discipline Committee is 3 members of the Committee.
