6A Request for use of independent candidate logo
(1) This clause applies to a by-election held during the period—
(a) beginning on the commencement of this clause, and
(b) ending before the 2027 general election.
(2) For the Act, section 105A(3), the request must be given to the Electoral Commissioner at least one week before 12 noon on the nomination day.
