#### 10 Permitted purposes for use of information—Australian Red Cross Blood Service For paragraph 91A(2A)(c) of the Act, the following purposes are prescribed for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service: (a) contacting any blood donor who has tested positive for a blood‑borne infection; (b) contacting any person who has received a transfusion of blood donated by a person mentioned in paragraph (a) of this section; (c) contacting any donor whose blood was transfused to a person who has since tested positive for a blood‑borne infection; (d) contacting any donor whose blood was transfused to a person who has had a suspected adverse reaction to the blood.
