sec.99 Disclosure to Non-State Schools Accreditation Board
The chief executive may disclose the confidential information to the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board if the chief executive is satisfied the disclosure would assist in the performance of the board’s functions under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 100 . If the chief executive discloses confidential information under subsection (1) , the information is protected information under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 176 . (sec.99-ssec.1) The chief executive may disclose the confidential information to the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board if the chief executive is satisfied the disclosure would assist in the performance of the board’s functions under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 100 . (sec.99-ssec.2) If the chief executive discloses confidential information under subsection (1) , the information is protected information under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 176 .
