sec.91 Continuation of school provider approval if registration continues under Commonwealth Act
This section applies if— the holder of a school provider approval is, under the Commonwealth Act, a registered provider registered to provide a course at a location; and the holder’s registration for the course at the location is, under the Commonwealth Act, due to expire before the provider has finished providing the course at the location; and the holder’s registration for the course at the location continues under the Commonwealth Act, section 10M (2) . If the holder’s school provider approval for the course at the location is, under this Act, due to expire, the holder’s school provider approval continues until the day the provider’s registration for the course continues under the Commonwealth Act, section 10M (2) . (sec.91-ssec.1) This section applies if— the holder of a school provider approval is, under the Commonwealth Act, a registered provider registered to provide a course at a location; and the holder’s registration for the course at the location is, under the Commonwealth Act, due to expire before the provider has finished providing the course at the location; and the holder’s registration for the course at the location continues under the Commonwealth Act, section 10M (2) . (sec.91-ssec.2) If the holder’s school provider approval for the course at the location is, under this Act, due to expire, the holder’s school provider approval continues until the day the provider’s registration for the course continues under the Commonwealth Act, section 10M (2) .
- (a) the holder of a school provider approval is, under the Commonwealth Act, a registered provider registered to provide a course at a location; and
- (b) the holder’s registration for the course at the location is, under the Commonwealth Act, due to expire before the provider has finished providing the course at the location; and
- (c) the holder’s registration for the course at the location continues under the Commonwealth Act, section 10M (2) .
