sec.85 Application for review
The application must be made— if the person is given an information notice about the decision—within 30 days after the person is given the information notice; or otherwise—within 30 days after the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision. The chief executive may extend the time for making the application if, within the 30 day period applying under subsection (1) , the person asks the chief executive to extend the time. The application must be in the approved form and supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application. (sec.85-ssec.1) The application must be made— if the person is given an information notice about the decision—within 30 days after the person is given the information notice; or otherwise—within 30 days after the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision. (sec.85-ssec.2) The chief executive may extend the time for making the application if, within the 30 day period applying under subsection (1) , the person asks the chief executive to extend the time.
