sec.42 Functions of authorised persons
An authorised person has the following functions— to investigate offences against this Act; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this Act; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this Act.
- (a) to investigate offences against this Act;
- (b) to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this Act;
