sec.35 Decision in relation to taking action after show cause process
After considering any written response from the holder received under section 34 (2) (d) , the chief executive may decide to take, or not to take, the action. If the chief executive decides not to take the action, the chief executive must give the holder notice of the decision. (sec.35-ssec.1) After considering any written response from the holder received under section 34 (2) (d) , the chief executive may decide to take, or not to take, the action.
