sec.25 Failure to decide application
If the chief executive fails to decide an application for amendment of an approval within the period applying under section 22 (5) , the failure is taken to be a decision by the chief executive to refuse to amend the approval. If the chief executive is taken to have refused to amend an approval under subsection (1) , the applicant is entitled to be given an information notice by the chief executive about the decision. (sec.25-ssec.1) If the chief executive fails to decide an application for amendment of an approval within the period applying under section 22 (5) , the failure is taken to be a decision by the chief executive to refuse to amend the approval.
