sec.24 Steps after, and taking effect of, decision

If the chief executive decides to amend an approval under section 22 , the chief executive must give the holder notice of the decision. The amendment takes effect when the holder is given the notice or, if the notice states a later day of effect, on the later day. If the chief executive decides to refuse to amend an approval under section 22 , or to amend an approval under section 23 , the chief executive must give the holder an information notice about the decision. A decision to refuse to amend an approval under section 22 takes effect when the holder is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day. A decision to amend an approval under section 23 takes effect 10 days after the holder is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
