sec.21 Failure to decide application
If the chief executive fails to decide an application for a student exchange approval within the period applying under section 16 (1) , the failure is taken to be a decision by the chief executive to refuse to give the approval. If the chief executive is taken to have refused to give an approval under subsection (1) , the applicant is entitled to be given an information notice by the chief executive about the decision. (sec.21-ssec.1) If the chief executive fails to decide an application for a student exchange approval within the period applying under section 16 (1) , the failure is taken to be a decision by the chief executive to refuse to give the approval. (sec.21-ssec.2) If the chief executive is taken to have refused to give an approval under subsection (1) , the applicant is entitled to be given an information notice by the chief executive about the decision.
