sec.17 Conditions
A student exchange approval may be subject to the conditions the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, a condition that— the holder complies with the guidelines, including, for example, the reciprocity obligation; or the holder complies with a reciprocity management plan for the holder.
- (a) the holder complies with the guidelines, including, for example, the reciprocity obligation; or
- (b) the holder complies with a reciprocity management plan for the holder.
