sec.112 Surrenders
This section applies if— a person gave the chief executive a notice of surrender under the repealed Act, section 28; and immediately before the commencement, the surrender had not taken effect. The person is taken to have surrendered the person’s school provider approval under section 40. (sec.112-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person gave the chief executive a notice of surrender under the repealed Act, section 28; and immediately before the commencement, the surrender had not taken effect.
