sec.111 Applications for review
This section applies if— a person applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under the repealed Act, part 3; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with. QCAT must decide the application under the repealed Act. (sec.111-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under the repealed Act, part 3; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with. (sec.111-ssec.2) QCAT must decide the application under the repealed Act.
- (a) a person applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under the repealed Act, part 3; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
