sec.107 Applications

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person had made any of the following applications under the repealed Act and the application had not been finally dealt with— an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(a) for registration as a provider; an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(c) to change a registration as a provider; an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(d) to renew a registration as a provider. The person is taken to have made— for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—an application under section 6 for a school provider approval; or for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—an application under section 22 to amend a school provider approval; or for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—an application under section 26 to renew a school provider approval. This Act applies in relation to the application mentioned in subsection (2). (sec.107-ssec.2) The person is taken to have made— for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—an application under section 6 for a school provider approval; or for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—an application under section 22 to amend a school provider approval; or for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—an application under section 26 to renew a school provider approval. (sec.107-ssec.3) This Act applies in relation to the application mentioned in subsection (2).

• (a) an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(a) for registration as a provider;
• (b) an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(c) to change a registration as a provider;
• (c) an application under the repealed Act, section 7(1)(d) to renew a registration as a provider.
• (a) for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—an application under section 6 for a school provider approval; or
• (b) for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—an application under section 22 to amend a school provider approval; or
• (c) for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—an application under section 26 to renew a school provider approval.
